Asian Sausage Crumble Bowls
Ingredients
4 Each-Queen City Sausage Smoked Sausage links. Chopped-crumbled
2.5 Cups rice + water. Follow package instructions
1 Cup spinach (use fresh or gently heat to soften)
6 TBS Low sodium soy sauce
8 OZ Orange marmalade
6 Large eggs
1 OZ Olive oil
Serves 6
Instructions
Prepare rice according to the package. Mix the soy sauce and marmalade. Warm it. Poach 6 eggs. In a medium skillet, Medium-low heat, add oil to brown the sausages. Assemble the bowls: rice, sausage crumbles, and egg. Sauce on side or apply.
