Sausage Lo Mein & Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 Pack, 14 OZ Queen City Sausage Wicked Jalapeno Sausage or favorite Queen City sausage. Slice on the bias into ¼” pieces
7 Bundles, 1.6 OZ each, Lo Mein noodles. We used Wei-Chuan Organic
1 Pouch, 16 OZ Frozen Stir Fry Mix-Vegetables
8 OZ Soy Vey—Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade. (Less Sodium) or favorite
3 OZ Orange Marmalade
3 OZ Olive Oil
Coarse Ground Pepper
Yields 4-5 Servings


Instructions
Boil the noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Medium size, non-stick skillet. Medium-low heat. Add the oil. Brown the sausages. Add the frozen vegetables with the sausages. Stir often. Add the Soy Vey and marmalade. Add the noodles. Blend in thoroughly. Gently stir.
