Smoked Sausage Mushroom Gnocchi

Ingredients
1 PK Queen City Sausage Dinner Franks (Or any favorite Queen City sausage)
1 PK – 16 OZ Gnocchi (We used Kroger Private Selection Basil Gnocchi)
10 OZ Portabella Mushrooms—Sliced in ½ pieces
1 Cup Broccoli—Well Trimmed
2 Tomatoes Cut Into Chunks
½ Red Onion–Sliced
5 OZ Greek or Italian Salad Dressing
1 Red Pepper–Sliced
3 OZ Olive Oil
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
3 OZ Asiago or Parmesan Cheese for topping
Serves 5


Instructions
Medium skillet, medium-low heat. Add the olive oil. Slice the sausage links on the bias, about ½” thick. Add to the heated skillet and brown. Place the gnocchi in very hot water to soften and hydrate. Add the red pepper and onions. Add the mushrooms. Add salad dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to blend and coat all ingredients. Add Gnocchi and broccoli. Stir well. Cover for 5 minutes. Garnish with cheese and serve.
