Super Quick Spicy Andouille with Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 PK-16 OZ Queen City Sausage Natural Casing Andouille Sausage
2 PK—8 OZ Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic
8 OZ Portabella Mushrooms
½ Red Onion—Sliced
2 TBL Minced Garlic
1 TPS Black Pepper
3 OZ Olive Oil
Serves 4-5


Instructions
Medium skillet, medium heat. Add the olive oil. Slice the Andouille on the bias into ¼” pieces. Add to skillet and begin browning. Slice the mushrooms. Add to the heated skillet. Stir. Add the sliced onions to the heated skillet. Add the garlic. Add the pepper. Cover the skillet. Lower the heat. Microwave the rice, following package instructions. Add to the skillet. Stir. Serve.
