Goetta Nacho’s Supreme
Ingredients
1LB Queen City Sausage Goetta
16OZ Wild Roots-Red Quinoa Organic Tortilla Chips
15.25 OZ Black Beans - Drained
12OZ Kraft Triple Blend Shredded Cheese
12OZ Tostitos Salsa Con Queso Cheese - Melted
6OZ Banana Peppers - Sliced
1/2 Onion - Sliced
Yields 6 Servings
Instructions
Medium non-stick skillet – medium-high heat. Cut the goetta into slices. Add slices to skillet to thoroughly brown. Chop up browned goetta into small pieces. Layer a platter with tortilla chips. Microwave the Tostitos Cheese, salsa, and black beans. Add tortilla chips: tostitos Cheese, black beans, salsa, onnion, and peppers. Add shredded cheese. Top generously with goetta. Optional: Add oven heat to gently warm for 15 minutes at 200 degrees or microwave for 1 minute.
