The Home-Gate Beef Sausage Sub

Ingredients
1 PK 14 OZ Skinless Beef Smoked Sausage
8 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Cottage Butt—(Cottage Ham)
6 OZ Baby Swiss cheese
4 OZ Thin Sliced Pepperoni
1 Loaf of crusty bread—slice down the middle
1 Large Onion—Sliced
3 OZ Italian Dressing
3 Dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 TSP Coarse ground pepper
Yields 4-5 Servings

Instructions
Cut the sausage links in ½, on the bias. Slice the Cottage Butt (Ham) very thin. Medium, non-stick skillet, medium heat. Add the Italian dressing, Worcestershire, onions, pepperoni, Cottage Butt, and sausages to gently brown. Add the sausages to build the base layer. Links face outward. Add the Swiss cheese. Smother with the remaining ingredients in the skillet. Slice into portions.
