Sausage Bacon BBQ Bites
Ingredients
1 PK Queen City Sausage Skinless Smoked Sausage-Slice into 1” slices
1 LB. Thick Bacon
8 OZ Cheddar Cheese—Cubed
6 OZ BBQ Sauce (Montgomery Inn)—for dipping
Mini Bamboo Forks/toothpicks
Yields About 12+ Additional Sliced Sausages to Dip
Instructions
Heat Skillet to Medium – Low to cook the bacon—strips cut in half. Cook to serve softened. Remove the cooked sausage. Keep warm—Aluminum foil. Separate skillet—Low heat. Warm the BBQ sauce. Assemble the mini bamboo forks/toothpicks:. Spear the cubed cheese with the mini bamboo fork. Push the cheese to the top. Wrap each piece of sausage with bacon and add to the cheese bamboo fork.
