Smoked Sausage Egg Muffins
Ingredients
1 Cup – 4 Links—Queen City Sausage Skinless Smoked Sausage. Can also substitute Queen City’s goetta
6 Strips bacon–crumbled
10 Large eggs
1 Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ Cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
½ Cup milk
1 TSP Hot sauce
½ TSP Garlic powder
½ TSP Onion powder
Yields 12 Muffins
Instructions
Combine all the muffin ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Whisk. Spoon the mixture into 12 count muffin tin or silicone. Use non-stick spray. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree F oven for about 30-40 minutes.
