BEEF SMOKED SAUSAGE SPINACH-ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients

·         3 Links, Queen City Sausage, Beef Smoked Sausage.  Sliced or diced

·         4 Cups Spinach, cooked and drained

·         ½ Cup Cream cheese.  Softened

·         4 Cloves garlic, minced

·         1 TBS Butter, melted

·         ½ Cup Sour cream

·         ¼ Cup Parmesan cheese, grated

·         1 Cup, Artichoke hearts, chopped

·         1/3 Cup Monterey cheese

·         Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1.       In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients

2.       May serve cold

3.       If heated, preheat oven to 375.  Bake for 20 minutes
