GOETTA BREAKFAST PAN SAUSAGES

Ingredients

·         1 Lb. Queen City Goetta

·         12 Large eggs

·         2 TBS Cream cheese

·         ½ Cup Milk

·         1 Cup Shredded Pepperjack cheese

·         1 Cup Spinach

·         1 Cup Grape tomatoes.  Diced

·         ½ TSP of each: Pepper, salt, and garlic powder

·         Toast, muffins, and or biscuits

Directions

1.      Medium skillet.  Medium-high heat.  Brown the goetta into crumbles.  Set aside

2.      Preheat oven to 400 degrees

3.      Whisk the eggs, milk, cream cheese, pepperjack cheese, salt, and pepper into medium bowl

4.      Add mixture to a greased 9” X 13” pan

5.      Top the panned mixture with the browned goetta

6.      Place the pan in the oven 15 minutes or so

Yield: 6-8 Servings
