Smoked Sausage and Goetta Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

·         4 Links-Queen City Sausage, Hot Smoked Sausage--Diced

·         1 Lb. Queen City Sausage Goetta--Crumbled

·         1 CUP Chopped onions

·         6 OZ Baby spinach

·         6 OZ Artichoke hearts

·         8 OZ Cream Cheese.  Softened

·         1/3 CUP Hot sauce

·         ½ CUP Parmesan cheese.  Grated

·         1 Clove garlic.  Minced

·         1 OZ Olive oil

Directions

1.       Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.

2.       Medium skillet, medium-low heat, add oil, sausages, and goetta to brown

3.       Add onion to skillet to soften.  Add spinach and artichoke.  Cook until spinach wilts.  Remove from heat

4.       Separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, sausage-goetta mix.  Blend

5.       Place mixture in a baking dish.

6.       Bake 25 to 30 minutes, ensuring heated, through and edges are bubbly.  Remove from oven, let sit for 1o minutes, topping with drizzled hot sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese
