KETO CHEESE CHIPS WITH SMOKED SAUSAGE

Ingredients

·         Queen City Sausage—Beef Smoked Sausage.  Broil, bake or grill

·         1 Cup Shredded asiago cheese

·         1 Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

·         1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese

·         1 TBS Everything But the Bagel seasoning

Instructions

1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line a sheet pan with parchment paper

2.      In a medium bowl, add all 3 cheeses and seasoning.  Stir well

3.      Add the cheese mixture using one full teaspoon amount per chip.  Allow 1-2 inches between each chip

4.      Bake for 6-7 minutes.  Slight browning is desired.  Careful to not over heat

5.      Let keto chips rest on the sheet pan for about 10  minutes to harden once removed from oven

6.      Prepare the sausages.  Add the chips and serve with your favorite dipping sauces
