Puff Pastry Pockets—Cincinnati Style!

Ingredients

·         8 Links—Queen City Sausage Beef Smoked Sausage or favorite

·         1 Package Puff pastry

·         8 OZ Thin-sliced Queen City Sausage Smoked Cottage Ham (Butt)

·         4 OZ Stone ground mustard

·         2 OZ Honey

·         2 OZ Olive oil

Directions

1.      Preheat oven using the puff pastry package instructions

2.      Roll out the dough.  Cut each sheet in half lengthwise

3.      Mix the mustard and honey together and spread onto the puff pastry

4.      Lay down the cottage ham pieces onto the pastry evenly.  Roll up the sausage links and close the seams.  Make slices across the top of the rolled sausage pastries

5.      Add the sausage pastries onto a greased sheet pan and bake
