SMOKED SAUSAGE PECAN DIP

Ingredients

1.      1 Link—Queen City Sausage, Smoked Sausage. Sliced

2.      2 PK (8OZ EA) Cream cheese.  Softened

3.      1 Cup mayonnaise

4.      4 OZ Sharp Cheddar cheese

5.      2 OZ Monterey Jack cheese.  Shredded

6.      ½ Cup Pecans

7.      4 TSP Cornstarch

8.      1 TSP Coarse salt

9.      ½ TSP Coarse black pepper.  Ground

10.  2 TSP Finely chopped fresh chives

Directions

·         Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Whisk mayonnaise and cream cheese together thoroughly

·         Add ¾ cup of the cheddar and ¼ cup of the Monterey Jack with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.  Stir

·         Add mixture to a 1-quart baking dish.  Top with remaining cheese.  Add sausages and pecans
