SMOKED SAUSAGES SKILLET NACHOS

Ingredients

—4 OZ Queen City Sausage Cottage Ham (Butt), sliced thin

—4 OZ Queen City Sausage - Smoked Sausage.  Cut on the bias.  1”

—4 OZ Queen City Sausage Leona Deli Sausage Roll.  Cut into strips

—12 OZ Tortilla chips

—2 Cups Super sharp cheddar cheese

—1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese

—1 OZ Taco seasoning

—3 OZ Olive oil

—1/2 Cup Cherry tomatoes.  Quartered

—1/2 Cup Olives.  Sliced

—1/2 Cup Jalapeños, sliced

—1/4 Cup Green Onions.  Sliced

—3/4 Cup Sour cream

—3/4 Cup Salsa

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F

  2. In a large bowl, add 2 OZ olive oil, sausages, Leona, and cottage ham and taco seasoning

  3. In a large cast iron skillet, coat with olive oil and add a layer of tortilla chips

  4. Add a layer of cheeses

  5. Add a layer of the 3, coated meats, olives, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions

  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5

  7. Bake for about 6-7 minutes.  Watch closely to avoid burning

  8. Serve with sour cream topping and salsa
