Hot Smoked Sausage Corn Bread

Ingredients

—2 Links, Queen City Sausage-Hot Smoked Sausage.  Diced

—1 PK -15 OZ Dave’s Original Recipe Corn Bread

—2 Cans Corn.  Used whole kernel.  1 can could be creamed corn if desired

—1 Cup Bread flour

—1/2 Cup Sugar

—2 Eggs

—1 Cup Buttermilk

—1/2 Cup Butter

—1/2 TSP Salt

—1/2 TSP Baking powder

Directions

—Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F

—Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl

—Mix liquids and sausage in a separate bowl.  Combine both bowls together once well blended

—Use a cast iron skillet ideally.  Grease the interior surface well

—Add the corn bread batter

—Bake for about 30-35 minutes

—Let sit for a while to cool before cutting
