Grill Side Toppings Bar

Grill fired sausages eagerly await the finishing touches.

Ingredients

—4 LBS Assorted Queen City Sausages: Brats, Smoked Sausage, Hot

—1 Can Skyline Chili

—Mac and cheese

—Jalapeños

—Sauerkraut

—Corn on the cob

—Cole slaw

—Mustards

—Dam Jam Pineapple Ghost Pepper

—Onions and peppers

—Hot dog buns

Directions

  1. Fire up the grill to medium heat.  Add the onions, corn on the cob, peppers, sauerkraut, corn, and chili to begin heating.  Consider microwaving the corn just before adding

  2. Add oil if using a flattop grill followed by the sausages

  3. Just before the sausages are finished, bring out the buns, cole slaw, jam, and mustards

  4. Serve your family, friends, and guests right off of the grill. Caution guests regarding the safety around a hot grill
