One Skillet - Beef Smoked Sausage Ramen
Ingredients
1 LB. Queen City Beef Smoked Sausage (Any Queen City sausages may be substituted)
2 Cups Water
4 TBS. Olive Oil
1 can-15 OZ. Drained Black Beans
1 Large Bunch Broccoli (All Stems Removed)
6 Medium Shallots. (1/2 of Whole Onion may be substituted)
2 Packs Beef Ramen Noodles
3 Medium Carrots
8 OZ Portabella Mushrooms
Serves 4
Instructions
Preheat electric skillet or 2 Quart pan to medium while adding the water. Simmer. Add olive oil. Slice and add carrots. Slice and add mushrooms. Add shallots. Add drained black beans. Slice and add Beef sausages. Add Ramen noodles and seasoning packets. Add broccoli. Cover. Continue to cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Serve.
