Quick & Easy Mettwurst Wrap
Ingredients
2 links of Queen City Mild Metts
2 tortilla wraps
4 ounces of bib lettuce
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Dejan mustard (side)
½ ounce of olive oil
Instructions
Slice the Queen City Mild Metts in half, long ways. Sauté the metts in a non-stick skillet with the olive oil. Place the tortilla wraps open, on plates. Add the bib lettuce to each, then the cheese. Add two ½ slices of metts to each wrap. Fold, roll and serve the wrap. Dejan mustard on the side.
