Beef Smoked Sausage Pesto Ravioli

Ingredients
1 PK 14 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Beef Sausage
19 OZ Sam’s Member’s Mark Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli (19 OZ). Or favorite Ravioli. Heat and hydrate the ravioli in a bowl hot water
10 OZ Sam’s Member’s Mark Fresh Picked Basil Pesto. Or favorite pesto
6 OZ BelGioioso Shaved Asiago, Parmesan, and Romano (Sam’s). Or favorite cheese
½ Red Onion–diced
8 OZ Fresh Spinach (Optional)
4 OZ Sliced Mushrooms
½ Red Pepper—Sliced
1 OZ Olive Oil
1 TPS Coarse Ground Pepper
Serves 5-6


Instructions
Medium skillet. Medium heat. Add Olive oil to coat. Dice the sausage links, onions, mushrooms, peppers: Add to skillet. Stir to brown. Reduce the heat to low. Add the pesto. Mix in. Add the warmed and hydrated ravioli. Stir to blend gently. Add the fresh spinach if desired. Stir. Cover for 5 minutes. Add the shredded cheese to garnish.
