Cincinnati Cottage Ham Cajun Style
Ingredients
1 LB Queen City Sausage Smoked Cottage Butt (Ham). Sliced super thin
2 PK 8.5 OZ Ea. Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice, (Any rice)
2 Cans-15.25 OZ of black beans
8 OZ Salsa
1 TSP Cajun spice
4 OZ Sour cream
Instructions
Medium skillet, medium-low heat. Add the black beans. Add the rice. Pre-microwave if using the Seeds of Change above. Add the Cajun spice. Add the sliced cottage ham to very gently warm and serve immediately. Add the sour cream to each individual serving.
