Chinese Beef Sausage and Rice

Ingredients
1 PK-6 Links Queen City Sausage-SK Beef Smoked Sausage. Cut in half
1.5 Cups Uncooked rice. Follow package cooking instructions
5 OZ Soy Vay-Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce—Less Sodium, or soy sauce
Parsley for garnish
Yields 4 Servings

Instructions
Medium non-stick skillet. Medium-low heat. Brown the sausages quickly. Fill the bowls with the cooked rice. Add the cooked sausages. Add teriyaki marinade/soy sauce. Note-consider adding orange marmalade to either sauce for a wonderful flavor addition.
