Hot Smoked Sausage-Shrimp with Yum Yum Sauce

Ingredients
1 LB. Queen City Sausage Wicked Jalapeno. ½ inch slices
1 LB. Raw, tailless, deveined, shrimp
1 Cup Rice—follow package instructions
1 TBL. Spice rub: Brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, ground thyme, ground cayenne pepper, sea salt
2 OZ Olive oil

Yum Yum Sauce—Serve on the side
2 TSP Catsup
1 TBS Melted butter
1 ¼ Cup Real Mayonnaise
1 TSP Sugar
¼ TSP Paprika
½ TSP Garlic powder
Yields 4-5 Servings

Instructions
Medium non-stick skillet, medium heat. Add olive oil and sausages to brown, then turn to low to hold until 2 minutes before serving. Whisk all Yum Yum ingredient and set aside until serving. Cook rice according to package. Prepare the spice rub ingredients. Add the shrimp at the very end. Increase skillet heat to med-low. Do not over cook shrimp. Add more oil if needed. Add spice rub. Serve immediately.
