Sausage Marmalade Medley
Ingredients
1 PK 16OZ Queen City Sausage Bratwurst—Natural casing
2 PC Queen City Sausage Skinless Beef Sausage. Note: we just happened to extra links
2 Blood Oranges, or any oranges. Slice some in half and quarter others
6 OZ Marmalade
2 TBS Whole grain or Dijon mustard
3 TBS Olive oil
1 Medium onion—sliced
1 Garlic bulb, halved crossways
1 TSP Apple cider vinegar
2 TSP Ground pepper
Yields 4 Servings + Side Dish
Instructions
Large skillet, medium-low heat. Add olive oil and sausages to brown. Add sliced onions to sauté. Add oranges and garlic. In a separate bowl: Mix vinegar, marmalade, and mustard. Add to skillet just before serving, coating all sausages. Add pepper.
