CINCINNATI CHILI DOG BOATS

Ingredients

·         6 Links—Queen City Sausage -Cincinnati’s Hot Dog—Family Pack

·         1 can Skyline Chili

·         6 OZ Finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

·         6 Hot dog buns

·         3 TBL Butter

Directions

1.        Cut out the bun from the top.  Take a sharp knife and slice around the bun, cutting out an opening, the size of the link to be placed in.  Press down on the cut out causing it to join the bottom of the bun

2.       Butter the bottom of the bun

3.       In a 350 F oven, toast the buns for about 3 minutes.  Remove

4.       Add chili to the bun

5.       Add the hot dog.  Cover with more chili

6.       Top with cheese

7.       Place in 350 F oven for about 15-20 minutes and serve
