EGGS, BREAD, and SAUSAGES

Ingredients

·         4 Links Favorite Queen City Sausage brats and metts

·         4 Slices of bread

·         3 Eggs—scrambled

·         3 OZ Butter

Directions

1.       Cut out the center of the bread

2.       Butter a non-stick medium sized skillet, medium low heat, add bread to skillet

3.       Slice sausages, insert in the newly opened bread in the skillet

4.       Pour scrambled eggs into the open bread pieces, filling the square

5.       Top with cheese and add the bread square cut out piece

6.       Flip and serve
