SMOKED SAUSAGE AVOCADO DIP

Ingredients

·         1 Pack-14 OZ Queen City Sausage – Skinless Smoked Sausage.  2 links sliced and quartered for the dip ingredients, 4 links sliced 1.5” for dipping

·         8 OZ Cream cheese, softened

·         2 Medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

·         1/3 Cup plain yogurt

·         1/3 Cup picante sauce

·         1 TBL Lime juice

·         ½ TSP Salt

·         ¼ TSP Garlic powder

·         Favorite hot spice mix for garnish

·         Tortilla chips

Directions

1.      Medium bowl, mash up the avocados and add the cream cheese

2.      Blend in the yogurt, picante sauce, lime juice, salt, and garlic powder

3.      Add in the sausages

4.      Garnish

5.      Serve with chips
