WICKED HOT SAUSAGE SAUERKRAUT SOUP
Ingredients
· 1 PK—14OZ Queen City Sausage Wicked Jalapeno Hot Sausage—or favorite Queen City Sausage’s brats or metts. Sliced
· 6 Small red potatoes, quartered
· 3 Medium carrots. Sliced
· 1 Small onion. Sliced
· 1 PK – 14OZ Sauerkraut
· 32 OZ Chicken broth
· 1 TBS Spicy mustard
· 1 TBS Brown sugar
Directions
1. In a 4 quart slow cooker, combine the carrots, potatoes, and onion. Blend together the sauerkraut, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over the vegetables. Top with sausages and broth
2. Gently stir. Cover. Turn heat to high for 45 minutes. Turn down the heat to low
3. Cook for 8 hours on low
