WICKED JALAPENO POPPERS

Ingredients

·         3 Links of Queen City Sausage Wicked Jalapeno sausages

·         6 Large jalapeno peppers.  Cut in half

·         6 Strips of thick bacon.  We used Wrights

·         6 OZ Pimento cheese

 

Directions

1.      Quarter the sausages lengthwise, into strips

2.      Add the pimento cheese to the jalapeno pepper halves

3.      Add one sausage strip to top the cheese

4.      Add the jalapeno pepper lid and wrap the popper with bacon.  Use toothpicks to hold together

5.      Bake in a 400 degrees F.  pre-heated oven for 15 minutes

Yield: 6 Poppers
