Brats, Metts, Mushroom Jamboree

Ingredients

—3 Links Queen City Sausage Bratwurst.  Slice into thirds

—3 Links Queen City Sausage Mettwurst.  Slice into thirds

—1 LB. Mixed Mushrooms or use Baby Portabella Mushrooms

—2 OZ SoyVey Teriyaki Sauce or favorite sauce

—2 OZ Olive oil

Directions

—Large skillet.  Medium-low heat.  Add the sliced sausages to begin browning

—Add the mushrooms with the browning sausages.  Ideally cover for about 4-5 minutes to soften the mushrooms

—Gently turn the contents over to assure browning on both sides

—Serve right from the skillet or platter.  Ideal for an appetizer or meal
