OLD FASHIONED CINCINNATI DELI MEATS STROMBOLI

Ingredients

·         6 OZ Queen City Sausage’ Garlic Bologna, thinly sliced

·         6 OZ Queen City Sausage Leona, thinly sliced

·         1 Pizza crust.  We used Jus-Roll brand

·         3 OZ Balsamic glaze – 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar + ½ cup brown sugar

·         6 OZ Fresh mozzarella cheese

·         1 Large tomato sliced thin

·         1/3 Cup Fresh basil

·         1 TSP Italian seasoning

Directions

1.      Use a greased cookie sheet and stretch out the dough ball

2.      Criss-cross the balsamic glaze

3.      Add the mozzarella cheese in chunks

4.      Add the meats

5.      Add the tomatoes

6.      Add fresh basil leaves

7.      Roll up the dough long side across

8.      Brush with olive oil and dust with Italian seasoning

9.      Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or so
