SAUSAGE PAIRING WITH BUXTON HALL’S SAVORY CORN PUDDING
Ingredients—Corn Pudding
· 4 Large eggs
· 4 Cups corn kernels—Fresh, frozen, or can
· 1 Cup Heavy cream
· ½ Cup Buttermilk
· ¼ Cup Soft butter
· 4 TBS Sugar
· 2 TBS All purpose flour
· 2 TSP Baking Powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Lightly grease the baking dish with oil or butter
3. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
4. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish
5. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and center is set
6. Cool 10 minutes before serving
Yield: 5-6 Servings
