Baked Artichoke Spinach and Sausage Dip

Ingredients

—1/2 Cup Diced Queen City Sausage, Smoked Sausage

—10 OZ PK Frozen chopped spinach

—14 OZ Artichoke hearts.  Chopped

—1 Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

—1 Cup Mexican Queso Cotija cheese or Parmesan

—1 Cup Mayonnaise

—1/2 Cup Sour cream

—1 TBLS Everything But the Bagel seasoning or salt and pepper

—2 Cloves garlic.  Minced

Directions

  1. Thaw and drain the spinach

  2. Use a large mixing bowl, add the spinach, artichokes, cheeses, mayo, sour cream, garlic, and seasoning.  Blend together

  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  4. Empty the mixing bowl contents into an oven safe baking dish

  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.  Contents should be bubbly and golden brown on top

  6. After baking, let cool for a few minutes and top with parsley
