Dam Jam Sausage Stir Fry

Our friends at That Dam Jam gifted us an assortment of their wonderful, local jams.

Ingredients

—2 Links-Queen City Sausage Dinner Franks.  1/4” slices

—3 OZ That Dam Jam Pineapple Yellow Pepper Jam

—2 OZ Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce

—1 Cup Mini Gnocchi

—1.5 Cup Broccoli

—1 Shallot.  Sliced

—4 Mini peppers.  Sliced

—1 Cup Zucchini

—1/2 Cup Shredded carrots

—3 OZ Olive oil

—Ground pepper

Directions

  1. Large skillet.  Medium low heat, add the olive oil

  2. Add the onions, sausage, peppers, zucchini, and broccoli to slightly brown

  3. Add the Soy Vay sauce and mix well

  4. Add the gnocchi and blend to quickly soften

  5. Plate the skillet contents and top with That Dam Jam Pineapple Yellow Pepper Jam

  6. Finish with ground pepper

Yield: 2 Servings
