Farmer’s Down Home Casserole

Nothing brings family and friends together quite like a hearty casserole.

Ingredients

—6 OZ Queen City Sausage Cottage Ham (Butt).  Chunked

—3 Strips of bacon.  Chunked

—5 Cups Frozen hash browns

—8 OZ Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

—4 Eggs.  Beaten

—1 Cup Green onions.  Well chopped

—1 Can (12 OZ) Evaporated milk

—1/2 TSP Each: Salt, pepper, and Everything But the Bagel seasoning

—1/2 TSP Parsley

Directions

  1. Use a 9” X 13” oven safe baking dish.  Line with parchment paper or grease the dish

  2. Add the potatoes first, evenly to the bottom

  3. Layer on the cheese, and onions

  4. Add the milk and onions

  5. Add the Cottage Ham and bacon chunks

  6. Top with the seasonings

  7. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight

  8. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 40-50 minutes until set

  9. Let it cool down for 5-10 minutes before serving
