

Hot Sausage Flatbread Calzones
There is something special about calzones. They have a delicious “street-food” mystique to them. Never disappoint.
Ingredients
—3 Links-Queen City Sausage Wicked Jalapeño Smoked Sausage. Sliced thin
—4 Pack Stonefire round flatbread
—1 Jar Dam Jam Pineapple Habanero Jam
—8 OZ Pepperjack cheese. Freshly grated
—3 Small tomatoes. Sliced thin
—1 Green bell pepper. Diced
—1 Small onion. Sliced very thin
—2 OZ Roasted red pepper slices
—1 OZ Olive oil
Directions
Place the flatbread rounds on a large, parchment lined sheet pan. Drizzle the olive oil on the flatbread
Cover the flatbread with the cheese. Add tomatoes, onions, green peppers and roasted red peppers
Add the sausage slices and place small dollop's of Dam Jam on each flatbread
Bake in a preheated, 400 degree F oven for about 15 minutes
Once out of the oven, quickly and carefully (they’re hot), fold them in half
