Smoked Sausage Kentucky Benedictine Sandwiches

Certain foods compliment and define warm weather gatherings.  These 10 ingredient sandwiches are simple, convenient, and of course, delicious.

Ingredients

—1 PK 14 OZ Queen City Sausage Hot Smoked Sausage.  Diced

—2 Loaves White bread.  We used Private Selection Rustic White

—2 Packs of cream cheese.  8 oz. Each.  Softened

—3/4 Cup Cucumber.  Peeled, seeded, and chopped

—3/4 Cup Green onions.  Minced

—5 TBLS Dill.  Chopped

—2 TBLS Mayonnaise

—1/2 TSP Coarse ground pepper

—1/2 TSP Sea salt

—2 TBLS Everything but the bagel seasoning

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the bread.  Blend well

  2. Take 12 pieces of bread and apply the mixture evenly.  Then add top pieces of bread to make sandwiches.  If using a premium bread, you may want to keep the crust.  Or simply remove

  3. Cut the bread into 4 triangles, using a serrated knife

    Yield: 48 Servings
