

Amazing Thanksgiving Stuffing Waffles & Sausage
Ingredients
4 ½ Cups Crumbled Leftover Stuffing
3 Links-Favorite Queen City Sausage
2 Large Eggs, Beaten
2 Cups Leftover Mashed Potatoes, Warmed
½ Cup Leftover Gravy, Warmed
¼ Cup Leftover Cranberry Sauce
1-2 OZ Vegetable Oil
Serves 2-3
Instructions
You will need a waffle iron. Ideally a Belgian style. Preheat waffle iron to medium high heat. Thoroughly coat the top and bottom of the iron with vegetable oil. In a medium skillet, add 1 OZ of oil, medium heat. Add sausages. Brown the sausages. Combine the stuffing and eggs in a medium bowl. Evenly and firmly pack the waffle iron with some of the stuffing mixture. Close and cook until the waffle is golden brown and can be easily removed. Usually 4-6 minutes. Review the waffle iron manual. Repeat this step until batter is used. Place waffles on a plate, top with warmed mashed potatoes, cranberries, and sausages on the side.
