Fried Goetta Mac and Cheese Balls

Ingredients
1 Lb. Roll Queen City Sausage’ Goetta
14 OZ Box Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese
1 Medium Red Onion
5 Cups Vegetable Oil
3 Large Eggs
8 OZ Panko Bread Crumbs

Instructions
Cook Mac and Cheese. Brown Goetta and crumble. Add crumbled Goetta to cooked Mac N Cheese. Add diced onions. Thicken with corn starch or flour if needed. Blend ingredients together. Refrigerate mixture until firm. 3-4 hours. Heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees. Form chilled Mac & Cheese + Goetta mixture into 1.75” balls. Scramble eggs for egg-wash. Dip chilled balls into egg wash. Dredge balls in Panko crumbs. Press to coat. Take the balls and dip in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy. About 3 minutes. Yield: About 20 Balls.
