Cincinnati German Style Omelet

Ingredients
2 links of Queen City Mild Mett or Hot Mett (Links are fully cooked)
4 large eggs
Medium bowl, medium non-stick skillet
1 TBS. butter
1 pinch of coarse ground pepper
4 Oz. Sharp cheddar cheese or your favorite

Instructions
Cut the 2 links of Queen City Mild Mett or Hot Mett into small wedges or dice. Crack open the 4 eggs into the bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Place the medium non-stick skillet on the burner, medium heat. Coat the skillet surface and sides generously with butter. Add the beaten eggs. Add the Queen City Mild Mett or Hot Mett to the skillet mixture. Add the cheese. Add pepper.When the omelet is done, remove it from the skillet and fold it onto the plate. You can use the warm skillet to aid in gently pressing down on the folded omelet. Cut in half and serve.
