One Skillet - Copycat Kung Pao Bratwurst Sausage

Ingredients
1 Each 14 OZ Pack Skinless Queen City Sausage Bratwurst
8 OZ Soy Vey Teriyaki Sauce-low sodium.
1 TBS Corn Starch
4 TBS Water
2 TBS Olive Oil
1 TBS Sesame Oil
2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBS Brown Sugar
6 TBS Hot Chili Oil
1 TBS Chopped Garlic
¼ Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts
½ Cup Diced Red Onions
Pepper to taste
1 Cup Broccoli
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 ½ Cup of Rice (Used rice cooker)

Instructions
Start the rice in cooker ahead of time. Preheat medium electric skillet. Add olive oil. Slice the bratwurst on the bias, about ½” thick, add to skillet. Begin browning. In a separate bowl add the Soy Vey Teriyaki sauce, corn starch, water, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, hot chili oil, garlic, peanuts, onions, mushrooms, and broccoli. Add finished rice to the skillet or serve over rice.
