Smoked Sausage Tater-Tot Skewers

Ingredients

—3 Links—Queen City Sausage - Smoked Sausages

—1/2 Bag Frozen tater-tots

—6 Pepperoncinis

Directions

  1. Slice the sausages into 1/2” pieces

  2. Cook the tater tots according to package instructions.  We used 450F for 20 minutes

  3. Once the tater tots are cooked and cooled, assemble them on skewers with the pepperoncinis and sausages

  4. Bake in the oven at 375F for 10 minutes
