Baked Brie and Smoked Cottage Ham Puff Pastry

We topped this amazing appetizer with That Dam Jam Pineapple Ghost Pepper Jam and sausage crumbles.

Ingredients

—8 OZ Queen City Sausage Cottage Ham (Butt).  Thin sliced

—1 Link-Queen City Sausage, Smoked Sausage.  Crumbles

—10 OZ Wheel of Brie cheese

—2 TBLS That Dam Jam-Pineapple Ghost Pepper Jam

—1 Sheet of puff pastry.  Thawed

—Black pepper to taste

—Parsley flakes to garnish

Directions

  1. Take the puff pastry sheet and roll out on parchment paper

  2. In a bowl, add the sausage crumbles, pepper, and jam to blend

  3. Place slices of Cottage ham and place in the center of the puff pastry

  4. Place the Brie cheese and place in the center

  5. Add slices of Cottage Ham to the sides of the cheese and top

  6. Take the puff pastry and begin to pull up and cover the Brie cheese

  7. Brush the egg wash to cover the puff pastry

  8. Top the puff pastry with the sausage-jam mixture

  9. Bake at 425 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown
