New Year’s Eve Cincinnati Tribute Charcuterie Box

We chose to celebrate local Cincinnati famous brands to build this delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

—1 Link Queen City Sausage-Smoked Sausage.  Cut into strips

—10 OZ Queen City Sausage Cottage Ham (Butt). Sliced thin

—1 Can Skyline Chili

—1 Scoop Graeter’s Black Raspberry ice cream

—3 OZ Mini Kosher pickles

—4 OZ Super sharp cheddar cheese

—3 OZ Mozzarella cheese

—Grippo’s BBQ potato chips

—Private Selection pepperoni

—Red and green grapes

—Green and black Olives

—Cherry tomatoes

—That Dam Jam-Pineapple Ghost Pepper Jam
