Brat-Tober-Fest Bites

Ingredients

—1 PK Queen City Sausage 14 OZ Bratwurst.  6 links

—1 Can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits.  16.3 OZ

—2 TBLS Favorite mustard

—6 Slices Kraft American cheese or favorite

—1-2 OZ Olive oil

Directions

  1. Open the biscuits. Break apart the biscuits, creating 2 dough rounds per biscuit.  Flatten the rounds by hand or roller.  Join the two rounds together while laying flat

  2. Apply the cheese slice and then add the mustard

  3. Add the brat link to one end of the dough and roll up

  4. Now slice the rolls into 4 pieces

  5. Add the rolled and cut pieces to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper

  6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  7. Spray the bratwursts with olive oil

  8. Bake for about 15 minutes.  Note: Consider a brief broil on low for about 30 -40 seconds to finish off the tops.  The broil is optional
