Sausage Biscuit Bombs

Ingredients

—3 Links-Queen City Sausage-Smoked Sausage or favorite.  Slice into 1” pieces

—1 Tube-16.3 OZ Pillsbury Grand Biscuits

—3/4 Cup Sauerkraut.  Drained

—1 Cup Shredded cheddar

—1/4 Cup Onions.  Diced

—1 Egg.  Beaten

—2-3 TSP Everything But the Bagel seasoning

Directions

  1. Pull the biscuits apart to create two pieces of dough

  2. Use your hands or rolling pin to flatten each dough piece

  3. Place 1 Tablespoon of sauerkraut, 1 Tablespoon of cheese, 1 Teaspoon of onion and center the sausage piece in each

  4. Wrap the dough around the contents.  Place seam side down in the well of the muffin pan

  5. Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes

  6. Serve with a side of gourmet mustard
