Supreme Smoked Sausage Bean Dip

Ingredients

—1 PK Queen City Sausage Wicked Jalapeño Smoked Sausage.  1/4” slices

—1 PK 8OZ Cream cheese, softened

—2 OZ Olive oil

—1 Medium onion.  Diced

—4 Garlic cloves, minced

—1/2 Cup Chicken broth

—6 OZ Fresh spinach

—1 Can, 15OZ cannellini beans, drained

—1 Red bell pepper, diced

—1 Cup chopped tomatoes

—1 Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

—1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan cheese-for topping

— 1/2 TSP dried oregano

— 1/2 TSP salt

—1/4 TSP Dried thyme

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a large skillet, add olive oil, medium-Low heat.  Add sausage, garlic and onions

  3. Add in chicken broth, oregano, thyme, and salt.  Bring to a boil, then simmer until most of the liquid evaporates

  4. Add cream cheese, stir until melted.  Add spinach, beans, and tomatoes.

  5. Add in mozzarella

  6. Transfer skillet ingredients into a baking dish.  Top with Parmesan cheese

  7. Bake until bubbly, about 20-25 minutes
