Christmas Themed Sausage Sampler Wreath

Ingredients

—3 Links: Queen City Sausage, Smoked Sausage

—5 OZ Salami/pepperoni.  Sliced paper thin

—5 OZ Super sharp cheddar cheese.  Cubed

—4 OZ Mozzarella cheese.  Balled or cubed

—4 OZ Olives

—5 OZ Blueberries

—2 Large cherry tomatoes.  Sliced in 1/2

—Mini pretzel sticks

—Rosemary sprigs for decoration

Directions

  1. Take 2 skewer stick and trim with on longer than the other for the salami

  2. Fold the salami and add continuously to the skewers

  3. Slice the sausages about 1/4” thick

  4. Build the wreath as shown
