Smoked Sausage Roll Ups with Grippo’s

Ingredients

—8 Links-Queen City Sausage Smoked Sausage

—1 PkPillsbury Grands Buttermilk  Biscuits (8)

—8 Slices of American cheese

—4 OZ Grippo’s BBQ potato chips.  Crushed

—2 OZ Olive oil

Directions

  1. Open biscuits and separate the 8 portions

  2. Roll out the dough or hand press to shape to fit the links

  3. Place a slice of cheese on top of the rolled out dough

  4. Place the sausage link on the cheese/dough

  5. Roll the dough around the link and pinch the seam closed

  6. Once all links are rolled into the dough, spray the rolls with olive oil to lightly coat

  7. Roll the dough links in the Grippo chips

  8. Place the Grippo coated links onto a parchment papered oven pan, seam side down

  9. Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes at 350F
