Smoked Sausage Baked Brie with Cottage Ham

Perfect storm of ingredients and flavor!

Ingredients

—3 Links Queen City Sausage-Smoked Sausage or favorite.  Diced

—8 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Cottage Ham (Butt).  Sliced thin

—1 LB Brie cheese

—3 TBS Brown sugar

—1/3 Cup Walnuts.  Chopped

—2 TBS Fresh rosemary.  Chopped

Directions

  1. Medium skillet, medium-low heat, add the smoked sausages, butter, brown sugar, and walnuts to brown the sausages

  2. Score the Brie top and place in an oven safe baking dish

  3. Add the skillet contents to the top of the Brie

  4. Add the Cottage Ham slices

  5. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

  6. Bake for about 16-18 minutes or until bubbling
